.SYNOPSIS...High pressure to the W of the waters will gradually
build E through Sun, then slowly weaken while shifting W Sun
night through Tue. High pressure will then slowly rebuild W of
the waters Tue night through Wed night. A low pressure trough
will persist over the California interior through Wed night. A
cold front will enter the northern waters Wed night.
