.SYNOPSIS...High pressure W of the waters will persist through
Sun night. The high pressure area will strengthen and drift NE
closer to the waters Wed night through Fri night then drift S and
weaken slowly Sat into Sun night. A weak cold front will move
through the northern waters tonight and Thu then dissipate over
the central waters Thu night. A low pressure trough will remain
in place along the California coast today through Sun night.
