.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge will continue W of the waters
through Mon night, then slowly build into the NW portion Tue
through Wed. The ridge will begin to weaken Wed night as a cold
front approaches the northern waters. A low pressure trough will
persist along the California coast through Wed night, with a weak
low moving offshore of the central waters Sat night and remaining
nearly stationary through Tue night before dissipating Wed.
