.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge will remain W and NW of the
waters through Sun and become weaker Sun night through Wed as a
cold front approaches the northern waters. A low pressure trough
will persist along the California coast through Wed night, with a
weak low developing and drifting and moving offshore of the
central waters Sat night and becoming nearly stationary through
about Tue night before dissipating.
