.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure area will remain W and NW of the
waters through Wed night as a cold front approaches the northern
waters later Wed and Wed night. A low pressure trough will
persist along the California coast through Thu night, with a weak
low developing and then moving offshore across the central waters
tonight and becoming nearly stationary Sun and then drifting NE
Mon and Mon night and dissipating by Tue or Tue night. High
pressure, centered to the W of the region, will build NE on Thu
and Thu night.
