.SYNOPSIS...High pressure W of the waters will persist through
Tue night. The high pressure area will strengthen and drift NE
closer to the waters tonight through Fri night then drift S and
weaken gradually Sat through Tue night. A low pressure trough
will remain in place along the California coast tonight through
Sat night, with a weak low moving offshore of the central waters
Sun and remaining nearly stationary through Tue night.
