.SYNOPSIS...The pressure gradient between Atlantic high pressure
and relatively lower pressures in South America will maintain
mostly moderate trade winds and moderate seas across the
regional waters today. Trade winds are forecast to increase
to fresh speeds late on Tue as Atlantic high pressure
strengthens.
