.SYNOPSIS...A persistent subtropical ridge north of the area will
sustain moderate winds and moderate seas across the Atlantic and
Caribbean waters through midweek. Winds are expected to freshen
up Thu into the weekend. Seas will build to near 8 ft Fri night
into Sat in the Atlantic waters.
