.SYNOPSIS...A weak high pressure ridge will persist over the
waters through Wed night while a low pressure trough remains in
place just inland of the Mid-Atlantic coast. The ridge will
weaken across the southern waters Mon night and Tue as a low
pressure trough moves W over the area. Chesapeake NAVTEX is
reported inoperable. Technicians are aware. We apologize for the
inconvenience.
