.SYNOPSIS...A low pressure trough will persist off the SE coast
through tonight, then slowly lift N along the coast Fri into
Sat. A high pressure ridge will build W across the waters later
Sat and Sat night, then persist through Mon. Chesapeake NAVTEX
remains inoperable. Technicians are aware. We apologize for the
