describing seas in a variety of National Marine Center text
and graphical products for the Offshore and High Seas Areas

.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge will persist over the outer
waters with the central high anchored E of the area. A cold front
will approach the northern and central waters on Thu but remain
just W of the area. The central Atlantic ridge will drift
slightly N and W into Fri before sliding further SE on Sat.
Chesapeake NAVTEX is reported inoperable. Technicians are aware.
