.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will persist E of the area tonight into
Fri night while maintaining a ridge over the far S portion into
Wed night, before the ridge shifts S of the area Thu and Thu
night. A low pressure trough over the NE portion late this
evening will move E of the waters later tonight and Mon. A cold
front will approach from the NW Wed and Wed night, move slowly SE
over the N and central waters Thu into Fri, then stall Fri night.
Chesapeake NAVTEX remains inoperable. Technicians are aware. We
