.SYNOPSIS...A cold front moving S into New England this morning
will stall along the coast today, then return N as a warm front
late tonight into Sat. Another cold front will approach Sat
night, then stall along the coast Sun and Sun night before
diminishing on Mon. A high pressure ridge will build over the
region from the SE Tue and Tue night.
