NORTHEASTERN POLK...SOUTHEASTERN MCMINN...WESTERN BLOUNT AND WESTERN
MONROE COUNTIES THROUGH 645 PM EDT...

At 609 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from near Lenoir City to near
Charleston. Movement was east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Maryville, Athens, Alcoa, Sweetwater, Madisonville, Etowah,
Louisville, Eagleton Village, Englewood, and Vonore.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
