Areas of fog can be expected this morning across portions of
southwest Virginia and northeast Tennessee. Visibilities will vary
from a quarter mile or less to over 3 miles. Those traveling
should be alert to rapidly changing visibilities. Be prepared to
slow down and use low beams when encountering dense fog.
