...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT CENTRAL BRADLEY...SOUTHWESTERN
MEIGS AND SOUTHWESTERN MCMINN COUNTIES THROUGH 1100 PM EDT...

At 1003 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms near Cleveland, moving north at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Cleveland, Charleston, East Cleveland, South Cleveland, Wildwood
Lake, Calhoun, Hillsview, Hopewell, Big Spring, and Tasso.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these slow moving storms
and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle
through flooded roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
