Heat indices will be 100 to 105 degrees in the central and southern
Tennessee Valley on Tuesday afternoon. Isolated to scattered showers
and thunderstorms are possible on Tuesday and Tuesday night.
Slightly cooler temperatures are expected Wednesday and Thursday,
but above normal temperatures return for the end of the week.
