...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL HOUGHTON AND
NORTHWESTERN BARAGA COUNTIES THROUGH 530 PM EDT...

At 457 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Nisula, or 7 miles west of Baraga, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Baraga, L`anse, Keweenaw Bay, Arnheim, Pelkie, Pequaming, Alston,
Assinins, and Prickett Dam.
