At 147 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms along a line extending from River Falls to 5 miles north of Welch to near Cannon Falls. Movement was east at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
