...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Minnesota...

  Minnesota River near Jordan affecting Scott, Sibley and Carver
  Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL TUESDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and remains forecast.

* WHERE...Minnesota River near Jordan.

* WHEN...Until Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Low lying areas and some roads along the
  river begin to flood and private sanitary sewers may experience
  problems.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 945 AM CDT Saturday, the stage was 25.6 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 20.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 945 AM CDT Saturday was 25.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    early Monday morning and continue falling to 23.4 feet
    Saturday, July 20.
  - Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    25.5 feet on 04/06/1984.
