Wisconsin...Illinois...

  Rock River At Jefferson affecting Jefferson County.

  Rock River At Fort Atkinson affecting Jefferson County.

  Rock River Near Lake Koshkonong affecting Rock and Jefferson
  Counties.

  ROCK RIVER near LEBANON-3 E-HWY MM BRIDGE affecting Dodge County.

  Rock River At Afton affecting Rock and Winnebago Counties.

  Crawfish River At Milford affecting Jefferson County.

  Sugar River At Albany affecting Green County.

  Sugar River At Brodhead affecting Rock, Green and Winnebago
  Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL THURSDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Sugar River at Albany.

* WHEN...Until Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Floodwaters affect Village Park in Albany.
  Floodwaters cover parts of Tin Can Road about 2 miles northwest of
  Albany.  Floodwaters are into the back yards of homes along South
  Mill Street and South Water Street in Albany.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 4:15 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 12.5 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 4:15 AM CDT Tuesday was 12.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.5
    feet this morning. It will then fall below flood stage
    tomorrow evening.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    12.2 feet on 06/27/2013.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL MONDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Rock River at Jefferson.

* WHEN...Until Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 11.3 feet, Floodwaters affect low lying areas of
  residential and business property in Jefferson. Water approaches
  the intersection of Highway 26 (Main St) and County Road N (E Dane
  St). S Center Ave near the river flooded and Riverview Drive near
  the wastewater plant flooded. Park is flooded. The retention pond
  at S Main St and E Dane St is full.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 3:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 9.8 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    this afternoon to a crest of 10.9 feet Thursday morning. It
    will then fall below flood stage early Monday morning.
  - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    10.9 feet on 03/27/2009.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Rock River at Fort Atkinson.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 16.5 feet, In the Fort Atkinson area, the following
  roads are closed: Sinnissippi Drive, Bark River Road from Kutz
  Road to Rock River Road, and Rock River Road from Highway 106 to
  the Fort Atkinson city limits. Water is in park land near the
  river in Fort Atkinson.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 3:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 15.9 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 14.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    this afternoon and continue rising to a crest of 16.5 feet
    tomorrow evening.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    16.4 feet on 03/18/2009.

  area of the gage on the east side of the lake.

  - At 4:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 10.0 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 9.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 4:00 AM CDT Tuesday was 10.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 10.5 feet Friday
    morning. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    10.5 feet on 08/30/2007.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FRIDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Sugar River at Brodhead.

* WHEN...Until Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 6.5 feet, There is widespread flooding of lowland and
  agricultural land. Downstream in the Avon Bottoms area of Rock
  County, there is flooding in Sugar River Park. Some roads are
  flooded in Avon Township,including Beloit Newark Rd, about 6 miles
  downstream of Brodhead. In Illinois, Winslow Rd is threatened near
  the river between Durand and Shirland. Low lying areas of Sugar
  Shores Camping Resort may be inundated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 4:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 6.1 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 4.5 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 4:00 AM CDT Tuesday was 6.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 6.6
    feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below
    flood stage late Friday morning.
  - Flood stage is 5.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    6.6 feet on 03/23/1941.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Crawfish River at Milford.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 8.2 feet, There is widespread flooding of
  agricultural land and lowland. There is widespread flooding in
  Riverbend Campground, about 5 miles upstream of Milford. This
  level is considered to be about a 20 percent chance flood meaning
  there is a 20 percent chance in any given year of the river
  reaching this level.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 4:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 7.3 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 5.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 4:00 AM CDT Tuesday was 7.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 7.9
    feet early Thursday morning.
  - Flood stage is 7.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    7.9 feet on 03/09/1974.

* IMPACTS...At 10.7 feet, Floodwaters affect a road in Riverside
  Park on the north side of Janesville and South River Road on the
  south side of Janesville. There is extensive lowland and
  agricultural land flooding in the Afton and Janesville areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 4:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 10.8 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 4:00 AM CDT Tuesday was 10.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 10.8
    feet this morning.
