Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 839 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. - Rainfall amounts of 1 to 2.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Whitewater, Elkhorn, Delavan, Lake Geneva, Mukwonago, East Troy, Williams Bay, Genoa City, Walworth, Palmyra, Fontana- On-Geneva Lake, Sharon, Darien, Como, Potter Lake, Pell Lake, Powers Lake, Burlington, Richmond and Springfield. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
