Tonight into Saturday morning will be dry. An upper low off the southern CA coast will move towards the area Saturday with the development of isolated storms looking more likely in portions of Northern Cal and east of the Cascades Saturday afternoon. There`s a heighten concern for nocturnal storms Saturday night for the Oregon west side and Cascades as a short wave lifts north along the coast. Storms Sunday morning should be confined to the northwest part of the area, before moving north, then the focus for storms shift to the Cascades and portions of the eastside Sunday afternoon. It will by dry and cooler for the start of next week.
