ZONES 616, 617, 623, 624, 625 AND 285...

.DISCUSSION...An upper low west of the area will bring moisture and
increasing instability again today. The concern for thunderstorms
remains, especially this afternoon and early this evening east of
the Cascades, Modoc county, eastern half of Douglas county and
northern Jackson County. At the same, time critical conditions with
stronger winds and low humidity in and around the Shasta and Rogue
valleys are expected. Keep in mind gusty and erratic winds will be
an issue near thunderstorms. Dry and stable weather returns Wednesday
through Friday with a more dry and stable southwest flow.
