Fire Weather Forecast for southern Oregon and northern California
National Weather Service Medford, OR
226 PM PDT Wed Jul 17 2024

.DISCUSSION...Warm and dry weather continues through Friday with a
dry and stable southwest flow. Humidities are expected to be low each
day, with typical afternoon breezes. An upper low will move towards the
area Saturday and could bring isolated storms over portions of Siskiyou
County and portions of the eastside late Saturday and evening. There is
also concern for nocturnal storms Saturday night west of the Cascades.
Any storms Sunday morning should be over the northwest part of the area,
then storms shift north with dry weather expected.
