SOUTHEASTERN POINSETT...SOUTHWESTERN MISSISSIPPI...NORTHERN
CRITTENDEN...CROSS...WESTERN TIPTON AND SOUTHWESTERN LAUDERDALE
COUNTIES THROUGH 430 AM CDT...

At 353 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Keiser to near Fair Oaks. Movement was south at
30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Forrest City, Wynne, Osceola, Marked Tree, Earle, Lepanto, Parkin,
Wilson, Tyronza, Keiser, Village Creek State Park, Fort Pillow State
Park, Cherry Valley, Joiner, Caldwell, Dyess, Colt, Gilmore, Bassett,
and Marie.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
