...GUSTS TO AROUND 20 KTS THROUGH THIS EVENING...

Southerly channeling is producing occasional wind gusts to around
20 knots in the open waters of the southern Chesapeake Bay, lower
tidal Potomac and in some of the rivers and bays of the Eastern
Shore.

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller vessels,
should exercise caution if navigating the waters during this time.
