An outflow boundary will bring a northerly wind shift and wind
gusts up to 50 mph to most of the far southern Texas Panhandle
through 1130 PM. In addition, scattered showers and thunderstorms
may also develop along and ahead of this boundary, with the
stronger storms capable of producing wind gusts up to 55 mph and
brief downpours. The highest storm coverage is expected to be over
Hall and Childress Counties through 1130 PM, with lesser coverage
further west.
