* IMPACTS...At 31.9 feet, The entrance to the parking garage just
  north of Eads bridge begins flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 31.3 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 10:00 AM CDT Monday was 31.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    early Wednesday afternoon and continue falling to 23.2 feet
    Monday, July 15.
  - Flood stage is 30.0 feet.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at Alton.

* WHEN...Until early Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 21.7 feet, At this level, Highway 94 and the east end
  of Harbor Point Road off of Missouri Highway 94 north of West
  Alton begin flooding.  Also, the access road the Lincoln Shields
  recreation area off of U.S. Highway 367 just west of the Clark
  bridge begins flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:30 AM CDT Monday the stage was 21.9 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 10:30 AM CDT Monday was 22.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late Wednesday evening and continue falling to 18.0 feet
    Monday, July 15.
  - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.

  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 10:00 AM CDT Monday was 29.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    Thursday morning and continue falling to 20.8 feet Monday,
    July 15.
  - Flood stage is 26.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Highway 94 and the east end of Harbor
  Point Road off of Highway 94 north of West Alton begin flooding
  within a foot or so of this height.  Also, the access road to the
  Lincoln Shields area off Highway 67 just west of the Clark bridge
  begins flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:30 AM CDT Monday the stage was 25.2 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 10:30 AM CDT Monday was 25.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 21.4 feet Monday,
    July 15.
  - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 19.3
    feet this afternoon. It will then rise to 19.5 feet early
    Saturday afternoon. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.

  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:00 AM CDT Monday was 30.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 31.1
    feet early Wednesday morning. It will then rise to 31.2 feet
    Sunday morning. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 26.0 feet.

  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 10:00 AM CDT Monday was 20.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 21.1 feet early tomorrow
    afternoon. It will then fall early Friday afternoon. It will
    rise to 21.1 feet Monday, July 15. It will then fall again
    but remain above flood stage.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.

    It will then fall early Friday morning. It will rise to 20.6
    feet Monday, July 15. It will then fall again but remain
    above flood stage.

  sand-filled barrier at the bottom of Howard Street is considered.
  In Hamburg, Illinois, Water Street floods.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:30 AM CDT Monday the stage was 30.6 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 10:30 AM CDT Monday was 30.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 30.9
    feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then rise to 31.0 feet
    Saturday evening. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
