For waters beyond 5 nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior.

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 30.1 inch high over Manitoba will slowly build to
30.2 inches as it sags south into the the Minnesota and Wisconsin
area by Thursday morning. The high will weaken to 30.1 inches as
it slips south of Lake Superior Friday while a weak 30.0 inch
trough pushes over the lake into Saturday. More broad 30.1 inch
high pressure extends across much of the Midwest and Upper Great
Lakes Sunday. This is quickly followed by an additional weak
trough at 30.0 inches that drops south across the Upper Great
Lakes Sunday night and Monday.
