.DISCUSSION...
A warming and drying trend is expected for the Cypress Fire location, with
temperatures likely to rise 8 to 10 degrees compared to Sunday`s highs, and
relative humidities lowering about 10 percent. Mainly light winds are expected,
shifting from north early in the day to west in the afternoon hours. North
winds will increase some Monday night, but with ridgetop winds at or below
15 mph.

Sky/weather.........Sunny (5-15 percent).
Max temperature.....84-88.
Min humidity........30-35 percent.
Eye level winds.....North winds 3 to 4 mph becoming west 3 to 5 mph in
                    the afternoon.
Wind (20 ft)........North winds 6 to 8 mph becoming west in the
                    afternoon.
Ridgetop wind.......North winds 8 to 10 mph becoming west 8 to 12
                    mph in the afternoon.
Mixing height.......AOB 1000 ft AGL rising to 4300 ft AGL.
Transport winds.....North to northeast 5 mph becoming northwest in the
                    afternoon.

Sky/weather.........Mostly clear (0-10 percent).

Eye level winds.....West winds 3 to 5 mph, becoming northwest late in the
                    evening, then becoming north 4 to 6 mph after midnight.
Wind (20 ft)........West to northwest winds 6 to 8 mph shifting to the
                    north 8 to 12 mph overnight.
Ridgetop wind.......Northwest winds 8 to 10 mph becoming north to northeast
                    8 to 15 mph overnight.
