.DISCUSSION...Cooling temperatures and mostly light winds are
expected through Tuesday. Mixing heights will remain well above
10,000 feet through Tuesday, however the air mass is stabilizing so
plume growth won`t be as much dominant as the last few days.
Humidities will again drop into the teens in the afternoon with
minimal overnight recovery. A warming trend with lowering humidities
is expected for the latter half of the week, though winds are
expected to remain mostly under 12 mph
