.DISCUSSION...A very warm and drying air mass will impact the fire
area on Tuesday. With mixing heights peaking around 12,000 ft
AGL in the afternoon, there will be the potential for vertical
plume growth. Typical diurnal winds expected in the afternoon
and evening hours.

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny.
Max temperature.....Around 98.
Min humidity........18-20 percent.
Eye level winds.....Northeast winds 2 to 3 mph shifting to the
                    northwest 4 to 62 mph with gusts to 9 mph
                    in the afternoon.
Wind (20 ft)........Northeast winds 3 to 6 mph shifting to the
                    northwest 8 to 12 mph with gusts to 18 mph
                    in the afternoon.
Ridgetop wind.......Northeast winds 4 to 7 mph shifting to the
                    northwest 4 to 6 mph with gusts to 9 mph
