For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A weak 29.9 inch surface high will be over the region
through Monday night. A 29.7 inch cold frontal boundary over the
Upper Great Lakes on Tuesday will push across the lake on
Wednesday. A sprawling 30.3 inch high over the northern plains
Wednesday evening will build across all of the Great Lakes region
late Wednesday night through Friday.
