...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN HARRISON...CENTRAL
MEADE AND NORTHEASTERN BRECKINRIDGE COUNTIES THROUGH 1000 AM EDT/900
AM CDT/...

At 926 AM EDT/826 AM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking a strong
thunderstorm 8 miles southwest of Brandenburg, moving northeast at 35
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Brandenburg, Webster, Irvington, Ekron, Mauckport, Laconia, Guston,
Lodale, Battletown, and Raymond.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
