FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...

A weak cold front will continue to move across the lake early
this morning, with south to southwest winds becoming west over the
course of the morning.

Weak high pressure around 29.9 inches today will get nudged north
as the remnants of Beryl around 29.5 inches should track from the
Middle Mississippi River Valley into Indiana and Lake Erie later
today into Wednesday evening. There is a potential for gusty north
winds over the southern portion of the lake primarily late this
evening through Wednesday morning. These stronger winds will
remain below gale force.

Winds will gradually weaken by later in the week, as weak high
pressure around 30.1 inches moves through.

of showers in the evening, then showers and slight chance of
thunderstorms overnight. Waves 1 ft or less building to 4 to 6 ft
occasionally to 8 ft.
.WEDNESDAY...Northeast winds to 30 kt becoming north. Showers in
the morning, then chance of showers in the afternoon. Waves 4 to
7 ft occasionally to 9 ft.
