Lake Borgne... Mississippi Sound... At 612 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated an outflow boundary, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This boundary of gusty winds was located along a line extending from 13 nm northeast of Rigolets to 8 nm east of Orleans Marina, moving southeast at 15 knots. Mariners can expect widespread gusty winds to around 30 knots and higher waves.
