Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
High pressure 30.10 inches gradually builds in from the west
today, lingering across the eastern Great Lakes through Friday
before departing to the east coast. A surface trough averaging
29.80 inches will move east across the region Sunday into next
week.
