...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 815 PM MDT
FOR SOUTHWESTERN PERKINS AND WESTERN CHASE COUNTIES...

At 741 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Lamar, or 17
miles west of Imperial, moving southwest at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Tennis ball size hail.

SOURCE...Public.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect damage
         to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles.

Locations impacted include...
Lamar and Chase.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

This is a dangerous storm. Prepare immediately for large destructive
hail capable of producing significant damage. People outside should
move to a shelter, inside a strong building and away from windows.
