This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and north
central Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

Widespread thunderstorms are expected this afternoon and evening
across western and north central Nebraska. These thunderstorms will
bring a severe weather threat, with the primary concerns being
damaging wind gusts and large hail. A threat for significant wind
gusts in excess of 75 miles per hour exists for areas south of
Highway 2. Additionally, there is a threat for locally heavy
rainfall for areas along and east of Highway 83.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Additional rain and thunderstorm chances will exist Saturday through
Monday. At this time, the threat for severe weather is low.
