...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN HARLAN AND
SOUTHEASTERN BELL COUNTIES THROUGH 330 PM EDT...

At 258 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Noetown, or over Middlesboro, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Middlesboro, Meldrum, Hutch, Noetown, Davisburg, Ponza, Calvin,
Cubage, Ferndale, Binghamtown, Oaks, Shelaly, and Cumberland Gap.

THIS INCLUDES U.S. Highway 25 East in Bell County between mile
markers 1 and 10.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
