At 316 AM EDT/216 AM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 6 miles south of Koontz Lake to 7 miles northwest of Rochester to 7 miles west of Logansport. Movement was northeast at 70 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
