...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT PORTIONS OF OHIO...CENTRAL
RIPLEY...CENTRAL DEARBORN...NORTHWESTERN SWITZERLAND...NORTHERN
KENTON...CENTRAL CAMPBELL...BOONE...SOUTHERN HAMILTON AND
SOUTHWESTERN CLERMONT COUNTIES THROUGH 445 PM EDT...

At 406 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Shawnee, moving
southeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph, frequent cloud-to-ground
         lightning, and very heavy rain. The wind may occur well
         ahead of the rain.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Lightning can cause serious injury or
         death. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Cincinnati, Covington, Florence, Independence, Norwood, Erlanger,
Fort Thomas, Newport, Edgewood, Alexandria, Elsmere, Cheviot, Fort
Mitchell, Villa Hills, Highland Heights, Taylor Mill, Bellevue, Fort
Wright, Dayton, and Lawrenceburg.

This includes the following Interstates...
 I-71 in Ohio between mile markers 0 and 8.
 I-74 in Ohio between mile markers 17 and 19.
 I-75 in Kentucky between mile markers 176 and 191.
 I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 0 and 7.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.

Motorists should slow down and use extra caution.

When thunder roars, go indoors! Do not stay in the open or seek
shelter under trees when lightning threatens.
