A smattering of hit-or-miss showers and thunderstorms impacted
portions of central and eastern Kansas overnight. Activity remained
below severe levels. Predawn temperatures were mostly in the 70s,
with 60s over northwest Kansas.

A few showers and thunderstorms will remain possible this morning
over central and eastern Kansas. Otherwise, another hot day is
expected, with forecast high temperatures in the 90s and 100s.
Widespread heat advisories remain in effect. Winds will be breezy
out of the south.

A few thunderstorms are possible this evening over northwest Kansas.
Otherwise, dry weather is expected, with forecast low temperatures
rather mild in the 70s.
