...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTH CENTRAL YORK...EAST
CENTRAL ROCKINGHAM AND SOUTHEASTERN STRAFFORD COUNTIES THROUGH 900 PM
EDT...

At 823 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Kittery, moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Portsmouth, Durham, Kittery, Dover, Greenland, South Berwick, York,
Newington, Wells, Rye, Newmarket, Stratham, Eliot, Madbury, Ogunquit,
New Castle, North Hampton, and Rollinsford.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 95 between mile markers 1 and 21.
 Interstate 95 in New Hampshire between mile markers 10 and 16.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM EDT for
southern and central New Hampshire.
