Weather Summary for North-Central and Northeast Wisconsin
National Weather Service Green Bay WI
408 PM CDT Fri Jul 19 2024

Partly cloudy skies prevailed across the forecast area during the
late afternoon as a fair weather cumulus field hovered over the
region. Southwest winds gusting to 20 mph were reported in north-
central Wisconsin near Ironwood. 4 PM temperatures ranged from
the upper 70s across the Northwoods to the low 80s from central
to eastern Wisconsin.

Expect quiet weather across the area tonight as high pressure
settles over the Great Lakes. Low temperatures are expected to
range from the mid 50s across the north to the low 60s in the Fox
Valley. Tonight may be a good night to go out and view the
Perseids meteor shower!

A few showers or isolated thunderstorms will be possible this
weekend, mainly during the afternoon. Best chances for thunder
look to be across central to north-central Wisconsin. High
temperatures are forecast to range from the upper 70s to low 80s.
