...Above bankfull but below flood stage levels were observed along
the Little Wolf River...East River...Wolf River...Fox River...Fox
River at Lake Winnebago and Manitowoc River...

For the East River near Greenleaf
* The latest stage was 11.0 feet.
* Impacts at 11.0 feet. Widespread lowland flooding is occurring.

For the Fox River at Lake Winnebago at Oshkosh
* The latest stage was 3.5 feet.
* Impacts at 3.5 feet. There is minor lowland flooding. Water may
  approach homes during periods of strong onshore winds.

For the Fox River at Appleton
* The latest stage was 7.0 feet.
* Impacts at 7.0 feet. The river current in this region increases
  significantly from Appleton to The Thousand Island area downstream.

For the Fox River at Little Lake Buttes Des Morts
* The latest stage was 4.3 feet.
* Impacts at 4.0 feet. There is minor lowland flooding.

For the Wolf River at Shiocton
* The latest stage was 10.3 feet.
* Impacts at 10.5 feet. Just below Flood Stage.  Slow no wake limits
  may be in effect.  Flooding affects include lowland wooded and
  agricultural regions.

For the Wolf River at Lake Poygan
* The latest stage was 4.0 feet.
* Impacts at 4.0 feet. Water may be approaching low-lying structures
  on the south shore of Lake Poygan. This includes Elm Street in
  Winneconne.

For the Manitowoc River at Manitowoc
* The latest stage was 8.3 feet.
* Impacts at 8.0 feet. Which is bankfull stage...there is minor
  lowland flooding.  Flood stage is 10 feet.

For the Fox River at Oshkosh
* The latest stage was 7.1 feet.
* Impacts at 7.0 feet. There is minor lowland flooding.

For the Little Wolf River at Royalton
* The latest stage was 4.6 feet.
* Impacts at 4.0 feet. There is minor lowland flooding. Flood stage
  is at 5 feet.

For the Wolf River at New London
* The latest stage was 8.6 feet.
* Impacts at 8.5 feet. Flooding affects mainly wooded lowland. Water
  is approaching some sheds and garages along Wolf River Drive in
  Fremont. Slow no wake advisories may be posted for much of the
  Wolf River and area tributaries during the boating season.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks. The next scheduled
routine statement will be issued tomorrow morning.
