...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN SHERMAN COUNTY
THROUGH 900 PM MDT...

At 832 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles south of Goodland. This thunderstorm was nearly stationary.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 55 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of southeastern
Sherman County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM MDT for
northwestern and west central Kansas.
