...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WEST CENTRAL KIT CARSON COUNTY
THROUGH 300 PM MDT...

At 237 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 6
miles north of Flagler, moving southeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Flagler around 245 PM MDT.

This includes Interstate 70 in Colorado between mile markers 391 and
410.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
office in Goodland.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 PM MDT for
east central Colorado.
