...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTON...EASTERN SHERIDAN...
EASTERN DECATUR...GOVE AND GRAHAM COUNTIES THROUGH 1030 PM CDT...

At 945 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 9 miles south of Hendley to 4 miles north of
Shields. Movement was east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 55 mph, pea size hail and torrential
         rainfall.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Norton, Quinter, Lenora, and Morland around 950 PM CDT.
  Almena and Edmond around 1000 PM CDT.

Other locations in the path of these storms include Hill City.

This includes Interstate 70 in Kansas between mile markers 91 and
112.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall with these storms may lead to localized
flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
